Hey, I’m Chris Piper.

At Contrarian Thinking with Codie Sanchez, I served as both COO and CMO. We scaled from $2M → $10M in 12 months, then past $20M+ — not because of hacks or funnels, but because the entire system finally pulled in one direction.

Before that, I was CMO at Scribe Media with Tucker Max, where we scaled revenue from $3M → $25M.

I've also worked with Dan Martell and the team at SaaS Academy, among other world-class founders.

Before the startup world, I cut my teeth in corporate America at a $5B company as their Director of Market Strategy that dominated the US automotive market, and created the most profitable auto retailer in the world, Carvana.

Now I work with founder-led businesses navigating major transitions — scaling the team, restructuring leadership, a big launch, prepping for exit. Founders who are tired of expert ping-pong and need someone who sees the whole chessboard and make strategic movies.
