1. Acceptance of Terms
When you submit an inquiry, subscribe to Field Notes, or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.
2. Services
Christopher Piper provides growth strategy and operational consulting to founder-led businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, graphics, design — is owned by Marcus and Rodin, LLC. Work product created during a client engagement is addressed in the engagement agreement; by default, clients receive full ownership of deliverables upon payment.
4. Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared during a discovery call or engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcus and Rodin, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Testimonials and case studies on this site reflect individual results and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
